MORTGAGE ORIGINATION, PROCESSING, AND UNDERWRITING
Our highly trained operations team will review all of the documentation you've provided and make sure nothing is missing. An appraisal and credit report will be ordered and our underwriters will make sure all of the loan requirements are met for your specific situation. Once the loan is approved our team will get all of your documents ready for closing.
CLOSING
At the closing, you'll present a certified check to cover the balance of the down payment and the closing costs. You'll sign a couple documents. The loan is officially closed -- and you move into your new home!
